- 04π ππ β° Yes! For all our recurring cleans! You only pay when the yard is actually cleaned! So if you go on holidays* or there is severe weather, you DO NOT PAY! Our scoopers only redeem from your plan AFTER they've finished cleaning that day. *We do need at least 24 hours notice to cancel a clean.

- 07π₯ΆβοΈπ©οΈβοΈ πͺοΈπ¨οΈπ©οΈπ₯΅ If weather prevents us from cleaning your yard, it will be cancelled and you will NOT be charged/redeemed. We will announce on our Facebook page and you will receive an email notifying you. Our guidelines are: β’ π₯Ά Minus 15 C with the wind chill or colder. βοΈ β’ Snow covered poop. (We don't play hide n seek with it ;) π¨οΈβοΈ β’ Heavy rainfall/Flooding. (We do not clean Poop Soup ;) β’ Severe wind. (We need to be able to get the poop in the bag ;) πͺοΈ β’ Lightening Storms βοΈπ©οΈ β’ Extreme heat 35 C or hotter. π₯΅
